Meet our Founder / CEO:  For over six years, Jim was a Relationship Director in Mergers, Acquisitions and Strategy with a Big Four Firm. He led and worked with recognized experts, offering advisory services and solutions to complex business challenges.

He also served on the Firm’s Inclusion and Diversity Advisory Board.

Jim was the founding Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Navy SEAL Foundation (NSF). During his three years at the helm, he led the NSF to the #3 Not-For-Profit in the United States, as recognized by Charity Navigator.

For thirty years, Jim served our nation in the United States Navy. Throughout twenty eight years of servant leadership, he was a respected teammate in the Navy SEALs. Through sustained superior performance, he rose through enlisted and officer ranks mastering the art and science of Special Operations. He served globally in operational, leadership, and advisory roles, often in austere environments where complex, strategic solutions were paramount.
